Wednesday of this week was National Running Day. I had Masters Swimming Wednesday morning, so I celebrated a belated National Running Day on Thursday. This is me after my belated Running Day run in my Oiselle “new big run” tee. I thought it was perfect for the occasion and I have a bit of an Oiselle obsession.
I’ve decided that committing to a fitness-related blog means committing to sweaty, makeup-less photos of myself, so pulling off the bandaid with this one…
It was much cooler this week (thank goodness) and I really enjoyed running 4.5 miles. That is my new max since coming back from an IT Band injury that hit its peak during the Richmond Marathon last November and basically kept me from running until April. I’m loving every minute of running pain free!
